What aspect of your leadership style do you feel is most important to improve?
Dominant: are all-knowing, usually relatively privileged, and have an innate talent for providing direction even when they may not fully possess the requisite information for sound decision making.
Influential: able to read (or hack) others extremely well.
Stickler: the rule enforcers in organizations. Although they often fill extremely important roles, they can squash the bud of innovation before it has a chance to bloom.
Conflict-Averse: dive in wholeheartedly but may fail to see how their projects fit in the context of the larger organization.
Naysayer: tell everyone why their ideas won’t work: They cost too much. They require too many resources.
Complacent: possess many strengths that have afforded them comfort and can make them a joy to work with.
Manipulative: decide unilaterally and manipulate others because they don’t believe they have the influence, skill, or power to affect the outcome of a collaborative process — or they simply prefer the expediency of working unilaterally.
